房屋建造和建筑细节的流行趋势和时尚或室内设计一样，但就像所有的流行趋势一样，有时候回头看我们会后悔。可惜的是，建筑功能上来说，后悔了也很难改掉。有一些过时的趋势要不就是毫无意义要不就是让人大失所望，下面是最不应该用在你定制新家的一些细节。 中空墙 中空墙算是一种装饰墙，2000年刚开始的时候每家人手一个。中空墙不同于一般光滑向上的墙，建商会在墙靠近天花板的地方做一个镂空，除了放一些装饰外毫无意义。但住的时间久了，很多业主会发现中空太高了，很难频繁去换装饰物，就常常只剩积灰了。很多人现在一般就选择把中空封起来，或者最起码直接忽略他们。有些人页也找到一些办法装饰中空墙，但我们觉得大多数人都同意他们不会在中空墙龛上放植物。 室内装饰性支柱 支柱或者圆柱是历史最悠久的建筑细节之一。最开始，它们的作用不仅在于装饰，更多的是结构上的用途。虽然现在还是有人用支柱或者圆柱支撑结构，单稍早之前的趋势大柱子都是用作装饰的，用于让别墅看起来更高雅，但现在这样就有点俗气了。因此除非你需要用柱子支撑起屋顶，我们都不建议你用假柱子。 假百叶窗 百叶窗曾经算得上家中功能性很强的物件，保护室外免于风吹雨淋阳光照射，也能够保护百叶窗后的玻璃。但近些年，窗户变得越发强大，百叶窗不再是必需品了，但因为百叶窗好看，因此会让房子看起来更吸引人，至今仍在被使用。假百叶窗即使只作为装饰，也应该能够向真百叶窗一样完全遮住窗户。很多人购买的假百叶窗太小或者太窄因此让百叶窗不太好看，如果想要增加建筑细节，也要用对的方法加。 转角壁炉 壁炉曾经是一个屋子里最关键的物件，曾经发挥让住在一个家的家庭温暖并充满活力的作用。而现在，就算在寒冷的多伦多的定制别墅中，壁炉也不是必需品了。但壁炉仍是一个标志。不妙的是，近几年，开始有人将壁炉放在转交处，转角壁炉的设计非常有争议，让客厅中的目光焦点编的很困难，也让家居排列变得困难，很多时候看起来还特别奇怪。因此设计定制别墅时，记住千万别把壁炉放在转角了。 错层客厅 七十年代时，下沉式客厅和餐厅非常火爆，很多那时建成的家都会有下沉式客厅。而近些年对下沉式客厅的讨论一般认为有碍通行，容易绊倒人，不再是一个酷炫的建筑细节了。错层客厅没有任何除了让空间更清晰的作用。现在很多人为了有更开放的空间都不喜欢错层客厅。下沉式的错层客厅虽然听起来挺舒适的，但对室内设计、地板和家居布局来说都是一个挑战。 结论 当然有一些我们现在在运用的建筑细节未来也会被弃置，流行趋势就是这样。想了解更多关于定制别墅的知识，随时联系我们。我们期待为你建造你梦想中的定制别墅（希望是没有中空墙的！）Read More
